So yeah. It was a failed oil gallery gasket causing my oil pressure issue again. We replaced the failed OEam unit last fall while replacing the timing chain. I'm not sure if the gasket failed because of something we did or just a defective unit, but it failed regardless. The new gasket is steel reinforced, and the instructions called for spraying it with copper RTV before installation. Huge thanks to @techylines for driving all the way up here to do most of the work! Here's to hoping this gasket lasts more than a few months. :beers:
