🤔 WHY IT MATTERS: When I coached youth baseball, I tried to arrange games in threes. We would play a team better than us, to learn where we had to go (we usually lost). Then we would play a team we were ahead of, to see how far we had come (we always won). Then we played a team at our level where the outcome was uncertain (we won some, we lost some). This approach kept us growing, appreciating our progress, and never backing away from a challenge.
