Having a wee rest after falling again!!
Honestly have no idea how I manage it sometimes but I think today was due to some uneven street paving in Paisley. Paisley Buddies came to my rescue to help pick me up and dust me off. A wee bit of swelling and some bruising but otherwise I think I've been lucky. We will see how my body feels tomorrow.
