The much anticipated results of the #mercracing Audi 3.0T with port injection fueling have finally come to fruition. @jackalmotorsports has added additional fueling via an MPI setup available to anyone. After tuning their shop #SQ5 ,they have attained a staggering 559HP/498 Torque on their dynocom dyno. This is approximately 603WHP/538 Torque if done on a DynoJet dyno.
Jackal has noted that the stock blower on their dyno normally ranges 450-460hp on e40. This puts the kit at a 100hp over the stock blower!
Boost levels 27psi
190mm crank pulley with a 76.2mm blower pulley
Fueling was E65
Stock low pressure fuel pump
Upgraded high pressure fuel piston
Additional fueling via Port injection
No other engine upgrades or updates.
Stock headers and using high flow catalytic converters. Upgraded mufflers.
