Birds, planes, superheroes and time are just the beginning of all things that fly. 'Flying Objects' is open to all media with the theme of flight or flying. Whether it is the object itself flying or a bird's eye view of the subject as seen from flight, we are looking for pieces that somehow involve 'flying' and encourage artists to take a wide interpretation of this theme. Both, 2d and 3d works will be considered. 2d works works must be ready to hang (no sawtooth hangers) and be 30' or less on their longest side. 3d works must be under 72' tall and weigh 50lbs or less. All art works must be for sale. Awards will be given for 1st ($100), 2nd ($50), 3rd ($25) place, as well as a 'People's choice award' ($25)
