Interrupting your regularly scheduled black vulture content to wish our golden eagle, Tecumseh, a happy 44th hatch-day!
Tecumseh was hatched at the Topeka Zoo in Kansas. In 1995, he was transferred to AEF and began training and making public appearances. He has helped in educating hundreds of thousands of Dollywood guests over the years.
Now fully retired, our avian care staff enjoys spending quality time with Tecumseh. He spends his days sitting in the sunshine in his aviary and preening.
