The Tripyramid is a mountain located in Grafton County, New Hampshire. Part of the Sandwich Range of the White Mountains, it has three distinct peaks – North, Middle, and South – along its mile-long summit ridge. North, at 4,160 ft, is the highest. Scaur Peak and The Fool Killer are other peaks to the Northwest and Northeast of the mountain.
Fun fact that Both North and Middle Tripyramid are included in list of New England 4000 footers. Although over 4,000 feet in height, South Tripyramid is not, because it lacks toppgraphic prominence being less than 200 ft above the col on the ridge from Middle Tripyramid.
There are 2 trails you can choose to start and end at: Pine Bend Brook Trail and Sabbaday Brook Trail. Both begin on Route 112. (Sabbaday Falls parking lot has plenty of parking spaces, unlike the Pine Bend Brook parking area where you just park on the side of Route 112.)
