SLACK- We only communicate through slack when it comes to business. If my staff text me, I respond to them on slack. This helps you keep things organized and keeps your staff from texting you about everything. You can set times when you will be notified so that you’re not always available.
GOOGLE MEET- This allows us to meet in the comfort of our home when it’s convenient for us.
VISH- We’ve been using it for a month. It has highlighted where we are wasting and how we can save money in the color department. It gives you detailed data so you can coach your staff on wasting and what’s working. It saves all formulations for you too!
TRELLO- We use this for new client leads and task managing for leadership. All of our client applications push to Trello so out artists can review and let the front desk know what to book for. This helps us know where everyone is in the booking process.
