Common Yellowthroat - aka COYE Bradshaw 🏙️
Recently saw my first urban warbler of the season, and I wonder at least once a week what this female common yellowthroat is up to, who I named COYE Bradshaw (co-yee bradshaw). She stayed around downtown all fall, vibing and thriving —but disappeared sometime in mid December. Is she finding love this spring? Is the man in the background Mr Big? Nobody can say for sure, but I hope she knows she’s got people in her corner.
