Nanoleaf announed a new Matter light strip! The new strip is part of their essentials line but comes with matter-over-WiFi instead of Thread which is a huge negative point for me. In general, I notice that Nanoleaf is distancing itself from Thread and going back to the cheaper WiFi chips. As one of the pioneers back in the days, this is a bad sign.——————————————————
