Avocado Brownies!<br />This decadent treat has become one of my favorites! I like to top mine with a scoop of frozen lime dessert and a dusting of dark chocolate. Below is the recipe for the brownies <br />Ingredients <br />1 1/2 cups K2 Viking flour @k2milling<br />1/2 cup cocoa powder <br />1 teaspoon baking soda<br />1/2 teaspoon salt<br />1/2 medium avocado <br />1/4 cup maple syrup @graemefoers<br />1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce <br />1 cup plus 1 Tablespoon dairy free milk<br />1 Tablespoon dark chocolate balsamic @oliveoilcoinc<br />1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips<br />Directions <br />Sift all dry ingredients together in a large mixture bowl. Set aside. Add wet ingredients to a blender, pulse until smooth. Add blender mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix together until combined. Fold in chocolate chips, saving a small amount to sprinkle on top. Pour into an 8" square parchment lined baking pan, sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake 350 degrees F for 30min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for at least 20min before serving.
