Where do you water yours?? đ¤â
â
When I was in Poland I kept thinking oooh what a great life those people living abroad have. â
When I finally moved abroad, to the UK, I was looking back and noticing all the nice things that people in Poland have/do that I donât. â
â
When I was an intern I thought that itâs so much better being a manager and having more responsibility and decision making power and people taking you âseriouslyâ. â
The more senior I got, the more I kept coming back to âoh wasnât it great when you had someone else figure the tasks out for you and not having all that responsibilityâđđ
â
đ¤ˇIâve learned that grass is not greener somewhere else. Itâs greener where you water it. â
Watering for me means practicing gratitude for all the good things that come with this particular stage in life that Iâm in, as well as the challenges and learnings it brings. In London now, but perhaps elsewhere soon. If I move, Iâll nurture all the good things in that other place - while still having London in my heart. â
â
So - where/how do you water YOUR grass? đ â
