What’s your most impressive recipe?
Homemade dough and meat ravioli is by far my most impressive recipe. It’s been a family tradition to make for Christmas and sometimes Easter.
I started making them for friends every Christmas for the past 30years.
The dough making process is always a challenge and every time it’s topic of discussion at the dinner table.
When my dad was just dating my mom and he was over for Christmas dinner, he ate 31 of them!!
The most that I’ve eaten at one time is 22! Can’t even come close to that now 😆
I’ve had them made for a few restaurants in Baltimore as there weekend specials.
