Got to watch the sunset at one of my favorite places last night.. and watched the sunrise from the same special place this morning..
This marked the 25th hot spring of my 33 day road trip. Out of all 25, it was the only hot spring I had previously been to. It was nice coming back to a familiar place.. after all the unknown.
I went through 11 different states in 33 days, and hit hot springs in 8 of those states.
I had an itch to hit as many new hot springs as I could, my goal was 20. I definitely surpassed that.. I wasn't planning on hitting any I had previously been to, but coming here gave me time to reflect a lot, and it was great to decompress.
While I've been on this journey, I've realized this is the life I want to live.. I want to adventure, I want to explore.. I want to live everywhere!!
I never once felt home sick, in fact.. I'm SICK of having a home to go back to!!
However, Oregon is my home.. this is the place that got me loving and appreciating nature and all it has to offer..
I will always call this place home,
And I'm so proud to be here!
Home doesn't have to be some box you live in, and pay ridiculous amounts of money for, with nothing to show for it in the end.. the amount of money I've spent on rent is gross to me 🤣
Van life is coming!! It is now the goal. 🤞🏼
