CONNECTION ❤️

I'm not a particularly social creature, I'm not great at planning parties, meeting up or generally going out (sorry friends🫠!) but I do love connection 🫂

I love sharing a little side-eye with a stranger because we both saw something funny, I love talking to the people at the tills and if I do go out I'm usually the one that wanders off and gets into a "deep" chat with some random person by the bar 😅

It's one of the reasons I love teaching, not only because I get to create & hold the safe space I wish I'd had, or share a practice that has changed my life, spirit, and mental health immeasurably 🧠 but because it offers a feeling of deep connection that is truly liberating and calming.

When I teach, I am so connected to the present moment, to my authentic self, and of course, to you, the wonderful community whom I have the privilege of seeing each week ❤️ Your presence, engagement, vulnerability, courage and energy fuel my passion for teaching so thank you 🙏🏼 Your feedback, commitment and post-practise vibes remind me weekly of the profound impact we can have on one another's lives when we choose to show up authentically and with an open-heart.

Each week I'm reminded that despite our individual journeys, we are all interconnected, seeking meaning, understanding, and a sense of belonging 🙌🏼

"They" always say your vibe attracts your tribe and I'm so grateful that you and I are on the same level 🤗 I'm so grateful that you are a part of co-creating that connection and energy each practise that nurtures healing and transformation.

Most of all I'm so grateful to you for allowing me to be part of your journey - Your presence is a gift. So thank you - Here's to us & here's to yoga, pure connection ❤️
