Nothing gives me more pleasure than to see fears being overcome. I was thrilled when a client messaged me at the weekend to say she'd decided to surrender her notice at her paid employment to launch her own business, months earlier than initially intended. She'd decided to overcome her fear and to remove herself from a toxic work culture and create an environment in which she knows she can thrive and be successful.
