👀 yall seeing what im seeing? Im seeing some delicious pork spare ribs!

The boyfriend wanted to break in his new Traeger with this crazy recipe we found from Facebook!

Spare Ribs were purchased from Grocery Outlet for $11 and the pineapple was only $2! We started out by first cleaning our ribs and removing any extra fat pockets and membrane. Next I patted the ribs down to remove additional moisture and then I added mustard & Dijon as a binder all over (both sides) and I COATED these ribs in the Honey Bacon BBQ seasoning. Once the smoker was ready, we removed the sides & top of the pineapple and wrapped the ribs around that juicy fruit! I also came up with a glaze made of lime juice, brown sugar, tiny bit of cayenne and some more of that honey BBQ seasoning and coated the entire thing!

These bad boys sat on the smoker at 225 for approximately 4.5 hours. At the half hour remaining mark I added the BBQ sauce every 10mins!

These ribs were the JUCIEST AND TASTIEST ribs I’ve had in awhile! The Pork/Pineapple combination ALWAYS hits!

#traeger #barbecue #smokedmeat
