Reagan is 10 years old and in fourth grade. During the summer of 2023, Reagan began experiencing terrible headaches. The headaches progressed and became unbearable by mid-fall, and Reagan’s parents knew they needed to seek care.

Reagan visited the ER, where a 6cm tumor was discovered on the right side of her brain. Surgery was done November 25th and the tumor was removed. It was soon discovered the tumor was grade 3 glioma. Shortly after, the plan was to begin radiation, however, this was put on hold when it was discovered Reagan’s tumor had already begun growing back.

She underwent a second surgery, and started radiation and chemotherapy right after. At this time her cancer had also been upgraded to grade 4 pediatric glioblastoma. Since, Reagan has been back in the hospital fighting a low white blood cell count, but her tumor has shown no signs of regrowth, currently.
