What happens during the long long periods you don’t play live. These long periods when you are withdrawn from the outside world and don’t go out. Even if you live in central London, like me, with so many exiting stuffs happening you rather stay away. This shot in my music room tells partly what happens. Writing music is a creative process, maybe irrational, but it’s also a period of exploration of nature. It is a cybernetic process when you steer what you find in you explorations to the limbic system in your brain which decides the emotional content ready to be moulded into a piece of music. And after that comes the learning process…
