jumping into May with this simply amazing plant-based plate🌱<br />breaded tofu, asparagus, brown rice<br /><br />tofu is one of my go-to vegan proteins to cook and eat as it’s so versatile and can be made in so many different ways. if you’re not a fan of tofu or you don’t know how to prepare it, I’m sure you will like this recipe!<br /><br />(2 servings)<br />breaded tofu:<br />- 180g tofu<br />- 40g soya milk<br />- 40g corn flour <br />- 10g soya sauce <br />- curry, paprika<br />- 1 tbsp olive oil <br /><br />slice the tofu, pat dry with a paper towel and set aside. whisk together milk and soya sauce. combine the flour and spices.<br />take your tofu slices and submerge them in the milk mixture, then place in the flour mixture. repeat until well coated.<br />sprinkle with the oil and bake or fry or use air fryer.<br /><br />sides:<br />cooked brown rice and asparagus + olive oil
