breaded tofu, asparagus, brown rice
tofu is one of my go-to vegan proteins to cook and eat as it’s so versatile and can be made in so many different ways. if you’re not a fan of tofu or you don’t know how to prepare it, I’m sure you will like this recipe!

breaded tofu:
- 180g tofu
- 40g soya milk
- 40g corn flour
- 10g soya sauce
- curry, paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
slice the tofu, pat dry with a paper towel and set aside. whisk together milk and soya sauce. combine the flour and spices.
take your tofu slices and submerge them in the milk mixture, then place in the flour mixture. repeat until well coated.
sprinkle with the oil and bake or fry or use air fryer.
