Who would have thought that flour, water and salt could create something so delicious.
Yes sourdough is time consuming but it’s 100% worth it.
One thing I would tell people that are just starting in the sourdough world is to not give up! It sometimes takes awhile to get your starter perfect, figure out the perfect fermentation time for your dough, get the perfect ear and to get a nice round perfectly risen loaf of bread.
Sourdough teaches you patience and to cherish time.
