I turned in my final grades last night so I just got my first knitting project off my needles. It ain’t a looker. And it’s going to be the fanciest dust rag in the drawer. I started this project in a beginner class at @chattyarnco in November. Dana taught me the knitted cast on and the knit stitch. I frogged it 3 times over the next few months and then decided to finish it out to practice and to try my hand at a purl stitch and binding off (both learned off of YouTube so extremely iffy at best). Tilly got very involved in today’s binding off — distractor yarn only kept her busy for a short time — and has thoughts about the next project.
