Heute waren der Bauch und der Rücken dran Mein Po und meine Beine brennen immernoch vom letzten Training Es tut mir einfach sooo gut etwas für meinen Körper zu tun! Mein Ziel ist es wieder mehr Muskeln aufzubauen, einen volleren Po und voluminöser Oberschenkel zu bekommen und meinen Rücken und Bauch zu stärken. Vor meiner Schwangerschaft wog ich IMMER 52 Kilo. In der Schwangerschaft wog ich am Schluss 59kg und direkt nach der Geburt nur noch 48kg Ich hab krank und abgemagert ausgesehen. Heute wiege ich zum Glück wieder zwischen 51 - 52 kg und mein Zielgewicht liegt bei 54 - 55kg. Natürlich sollen diese 2 bis 3 Kilo an den richtigen Stellen landen und genau deshalb gehe ich trainieren Also keine Angst - ich bin kein Magermodel Instagramgirlie das abnehmen möchte und sich mit 48 Kilo wohlfühlt #fitness #fitnessfood #fitnessgirl #motivation #fitnessmotivation #protein #proteinshake #eiweißshake #muskelaufbau #training #trainhard
