  • 15-08-2019 18:32:17 45561 likes Check out what's in #CanonExplorerofLight @dorn.bruce's gear bag! “I’m a commercial photographer/filmmaker working in the fields of automotive, adventure, branding, and fashion so my kit needs to be extensive and readily available. I own lots of gear – cameras, lenses, and enough lighting and grip equipment to fill a couple of adventure trucks. When folks comment on the monetary investment I have in just cameras and lenses – the tip of the iceberg, really – I point out that my gear doesn’t so much cost me money as it makes me money. I invest in Canon gear because it’s brilliant and is supported with care by CPS. Shown below is a current sampling of the bodies and lenses I regularly use: Cameras (multiple): EOS 1Dx MK II, EOS 5DsR, EOS 5D MKIV, EOS R Prime lenses: RF 50mm f1.2L, EF 85mm f/1.4L IS, EF 200mm f2L IS, EF 400mm f/2.8L IS II Macro Lenses: RF 35mm f/1.8 IS STM, EF 100mm f2.8L IS, EF 180 Macro f3.5L Zoom Lenses: EF 11-24mm f/4, EF 16-35mm f/4 IS, EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II, RF 24-105mm f/4 IS, EF 28-300mm f/4.5-56L IS, EF 70-200mm f/4L IS II, EF 100-400mm F/4.5-5.6L II, EF 200-400 f4L IS USM w/extender 1.4 Tilt-Shift Lenses: TS-E 17mm f/4L. • 14-08-2019 14:58:18 16178 likes Stunning shot from #CanonExplorerofLight @stephenjohnsonphoto: “Last May I went down to NASA Ames to discuss the talk I am giving tomorrow. I noticed when I was down there just how strange looking the old airship hangar looks now stripped on its toxic-laded skin. Sensing many photographic possibilities, I arranged to get inside to photograph. An amazing structure, temporarily stripped of its skin, filling my view and casting very long shadows. The lattice-work of the structure was amazing, complex and a geometric wonder. I had no idea what I would end up with as photographs, and I thoroughly enjoyed the exploration. It is, for me, what photography is all about, discovery out of reality.” – Steve Johnson Camera: Canon EOS 5DS R Lens: EF 16-35mm f/2.8L USM Aperture: f/11 ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/500 sec Focal Length: 16mm

I was unable to take my underwater strobes either because the spaces were so tight to get through in some areas. True underwater beauty." #MyCanonStory Photo Credit: @significant_moments Camera: #Canon EOS 5D Mark IV Lens: EF 11-24mm f/4L USM Aperture: f/4.5 ISO: 1200 Shutter Speed: 1/80 sec Focal Length: 14mm #teamcanon #canonusa #cenote #freediving #underwater

With the triangles, shapes and the one surfer, it makes it as if he is conquering the water." #MyCanonStory Photo Credit: @mmatt.martinez Camera: #Canon EOS 80D Lens: EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Aperture: f/4.5 ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/160 sec Focal Length: 105mm #teamcanon #canonusa #surfer #surf #beach #waves
