Pela lógica a superação só vem para aquele que necessitou passar por algum tipo de dificuldade, aquele que por algum motivo não desistiu de seus objetivos e superou, por fim só encontrou a satisfação quando chegou ao resultado esperado. Vale a pena lembrar que só pode sentir isso quem não desiste. Na dor é onde nos conectamos com nós mesmos. É onde crescemos, evoluímos. Também é onde desenvolvemos nosso foco pois o que nos causa dor tira atenção de todo resto nos mantendo ali presos no que sentimos. Descobrimos uma força que talvez não conhecíamos. E dai nasce um campeão. Um campeão não precisa nascer pronto, ele pode ser treinado. Ele geralmente é o cara que resistiu a dor e a superou pra se tornar um campeão. " Vamos lá cara só mais um pouco" "Vamos você consegue" a luta com o seu interior. Um dos maiores causadores de dor, a mente! E hoje você consegue coisas que ontem não conseguia ou nem imaginava conseguir. E superou, se superou! A história da luta é só superação. E o melhor, bem se existe melhor do que a sensação de satisfação com o dever cumprido eu desconheço. Dever com nosso eu. Embora nem sempre haja vitória saiba que a perda de uma luta faz parte do seu processo de dor, na dor aprendemos mais! Agora que você sabe que depois da dor vem a superação e depois da superação vem a satisfação, resistir na dor virou sua responsabilidade, fica mais fácil quando a gente entende o que ela significa para nós. So here’s my 2nd blog- Sink or Swim So around this time 2 years I was in quite the predicament. I had a title fight coming up in November and I was no where near the point of being fight ready mentally or physically. I’d had been struggling so bad with my cardio even though I was training really hard I just seemed to be making no progress. I have had shin splints since I was 18 and I love running but have found it very painful then to add to that I got diagnosed with compartment syndrome as well! What a combo. If you have experienced either of these conditions you will know my pain! It can be crippling. Anyway, after being told that if I kept running I’d have to get surgery on my lower legs I thought hell no i’m way to young for that shit. I knew I had to do something though because sitting around feeling sorry for myself wasn’t going to help. This is where the sink or swim part comes in... (If you don’t have all the equipment then use the next best thing) No weights needed! 1 round is 10 minutes No Rests Alternate 2 minutes leg burn out 2 minutes arm burn out until 10mins. 1 minute REST Repeat 4-5 times You can do the following- Legs: Sprints, bike, air bike (using mostly legs), box jumps, Broad jumps, prowler. Is it weird that I was really excited for cardio today? I think I’m still on the ufc hype train 😂. I just want to get fight fit ready and I can’t wait for fight camp to start! Today’s workout: 10 minutes ab workout for a warmup 3 minutes running at high pace on the treadmill then 1 minute shadow boxing.(no rest!) then repeat for 6 rounds! Der 31 jährige Christian Draxler erwähnte im Interview mit @kampfsport1.at bereits dass er Willi Ott nicht auf die leichte Schulter nimmt! Draxler gewährte The Rare Naked Talk exklusiv, Einblicke in sein Trainingscamp. Zusammen mit seinem Performance Coach vom BSFZ Südstadt, der aufgrund des hohen medialen Interesses an dem Kampf, unerkannt bleiben möchte, erarbeitete das Team mit Hilfe einer Leistungsdiagnostik eine perfekt abgestimmte Trainingsplanung! Nicht nur der Kampfsport selbst sondern sportartspezifisches, multifunktionales Training steht am Tagesplan.
