Saturday 8 June - Legends day Countdown is on to the final match and celebration evening after 21 seasons of involvement with 3D Dynamos / Saddleworth 3Ds So why not pop up a few memories - Day 2 The final two seasons have been in the Lancashire and Cheshire League Division 3 for the 1sts 22/23 season saw us eventually finish 6th after a slow start to the season and the highlight was a massive 5-2 away win at high flying Staly Lions on the 4G in Dukinfield. Zack got all 5, but the team won the game as they controlled and kept a very good Staly team on the back foot. 23/24 was a tough old season and a 9th place finish wasn't what we wanted or expected back in pre season. The highlight was definitely the Wray Cup 3-2 win at home to Bollington the eventual Division 2 champions (league above us ) which put them out of the cup. A huge well done to all of our Level 1&4 regional finalists who competed Sunday at Pipers Vale. All of the gymnasts have continued to work hard and performed some lovely routines in Sunday’s competition. We started off the day with Lizzie, Kia and Kira. Lizzie competed in the L1 8years category on vault and floor and displayed her best routines as well as a smiley face throughout. Kia and Kira competed in the L4 16-17years category on everything apart from vault. Kia placed 1st on bars and 2nd on both floor & beam. Kira placed 3rd on bars, beam and floor. Round 2 saw Ella and Betsy compete in the L1 9years category. Ella only competed on vault and claimed the bronze medal for her lovely performance. Betsy competed on vault and floor, claiming the silver medal for her lovely floor routine. The third and final round of the day saw Izzy compete in the L4 14-15years age group. Izzy only competed on bars, she showed off her lovely bar routine which saw her take home a bronze medal.
