I used to bench press 22.25kg for a few reps before having to be rescued. I was also mega impressed with my 50kg squat 1 rep max, and my random deadlift numbers. That’s not to say I still shouldn’t be proud at the time, but no one starts strong, you just get stronger. Great to be back🏈🦁👊🏽💥... I'm not going to lie, my head's been a shed this past month. Found myself becoming far too consumed with everything going on in the world. It's a blessing and a curse to feel everything so deeply (Nothing wrong with that). Wasn't even sure if I was going to play this season, didn't think I'd have the head space for it. Since circumstances prevented me covering Coventry Jets last game of the season a flashback to 2018 when the Birmingham Lions Women's Team played a tournament against opposition from Finland and the USA.⠀ Running back Ruth Matta is seen here evading a tackle.
