डॉ. अम्बेडकर ने भारत में बौद्ध धर्म को कैसे पुनर्जीवित किया? उत्तर- डॉ. भीमराव रामजी उर्फ बाबासाहेब अम्बेडकर जी का जन्म 14 अप्रैल, 1891 को हुआ था। उन्हको कम उम्र से ही धार्मिक शिक्षा मिलने लगी। भ. बुद्ध, संत कबीर और महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले को अपना गुरु मानते हैं। हिंदू धर्म में शूद्र और नीच माना जाने वाली महार जाति में जन्म लेने के कारण उन्हें अनेक सामाजिक कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ा अत्याचार सहना पड़ा। हालांकि, उन्होंने बड़ी हिम्मत और लगन से अपनी उच्च शिक्षा पूरी की इंग्लैंड, अमेरिका, जर्मनी आदि। एम.ए., पीएच.डी., डी.एससी., एलएलडी, डी. लिट, और बैरिस्टर पदवी बहाल की गई। समाजशास्त्र, न्यायशास्त्र और धर्मशास्त्र म गहन अध्ययन करके दलितों एवं महिलाओं को जगाने का कार्य उन्होंने इसे अपने पूरे जीवनभर किया उन्होंने भारतीय संविधान लिखकर महिलाओं और दलितों के लिए समानता का अधिकार प्राप्त करवाके दिया। भगवान बुद्ध की समानता, न्याय, करुणा और भाईचारे के सिद्धांतों पर आधारित धम्म, उन्हपर तगड़ा प्रभाव था। इसलिए हिंदू धर्म में चतुर्वर्ण पर हमला करके, अंतत: 14 अक्टूबर 1956 को अशोक विजयदशमी के दिन महाथेरो चंद्रमणि इन्हके हातो से उसी दिन बौद्धधम्म की दीक्षा ली, गरीबों और दलितों को उसी दिन सामूहिक रूप से, पाँच लाख लोगों को बौद्ध धम्म की दीक्षा दी। यह नागपुर का समारोह विश्व के इतिहास में सदैव अमर रहेगा। यह भारत में बौद्ध धम्म के पुनरुद्धार का सुवर्ण पल भगवान की 2500 वीं जयंती के वर्ष में आया यह स्वाभाग्य है। डॉ. अम्बेडकर ने पूरे भारत को बौद्ध बनाने का वादा किया था। लेकिन दो महीने 6 दिसंबर 1956 को उनका महापरिनिर्वाण हो गया। इतने कम समय में भी उन्होंने आगरा, चंद्रपुर आदि का दौरा किया, उस स्थान पर लाखों लोगों बौद्ध धम्म की दीक्षा दी। उन्होंने भगवान बुद्ध के धम्म का बहुत ध्यानपूर्वक और वैज्ञानिक रूप से अध्ययन करते हुए, उन्होंने अंग्रेजी में 'बुद्ध और उनका धम्म' ग्रंथ लिखी। उसके कई अनुवाद उपलब्ध हैं। सम्राट अशोक की तरह, बाबासाहेब अम्बेडकर का नाम बौद्ध धम्म के उदय के इतिहास में है यह हमेशा अमर रहेगा। © बौद्धधम्म जिज्ञासा ® @revolution_dhamma #buddhapark #buddhalife #buddhadrawing #buddhatobuddha #revolutiondhamma #sonofbhimrao #mazabhim #buddhapaintings #buddhismphilosophy #buddhismteachings #buddhism101 #buddhismtemple #buddhistart #buddhistmonk #samratashok #buddhisttemples #buddhacaves #neobuddhism
