Crockpot “crack chicken” over cabbage slaw for dinner last night. I hate the name but that’s what everyone calls it 🤪. It’s sooo good though! INGREDIENTS •3-4 chicken breasts cut into big chunks •A packet of Mccormicks Street Taco Southwest Ranch dry mix (or just regular ranch dry mix) •8 oz cream cheese block •shredded cheddar •crumbled cooked bacon •optional-chopped jalapeños or green onions DIRECTIONS Put chicken into crockpot and cover the chicken with ranch mix seasoning. Put the block of cream cheese right on top & cook on low for 6-8 hrs. When cooked, add the rest of the ingredients & smash up your chicken breasts (I use a potato masher) & mix it all up until everything is cheesy and melted. I turn this into sandwiches for my kids, but for myself I love to make lettuce boats or eat it over a bed of cabbage slaw as pictured. I mix the slaw with a mixture of a bit of mayo & ranch dressing together. It’s also just good on its own! Mørbradgryde i crockpot 🤩 Okay, jeg ved godt det mest er en efterårs ret men vi skulle være til børnefestival hele dagen i går, så det skulle være noget der passede sig selv i mens vi ikke var hjemme 😀 Ingredienser: 1 svinemørbrad i skiver/tern 1 pakke bacon 1 dåse cocktailpølser 2 løg i tern 1 peberfrugt i tern 1/2 revet squash 1 dåse hakkede tomater 100g tomatpuré 1 dl vand 250ml Madlavningsfløde 2-3 tsk. Paprika efter smag Salt og peber efter smag Fedtstof til stegning Evt. jævning af majsstivelse Tilbehør: Ris, pasta eller kartoflemos Flutes Fremgangsmåde: Skær mørbraden i ønsket stykker. Riv squashen og skær peberfrugt samt løg i tern. Steg i en gyden løgene sammen med bacon og mørbrad, når det er begyndt at tage farve, tilsættes peberfrugt, squash og krydderier. Tilsidst tilsættes de hakkede tomater, tomatpuré, vand samt vandet fra cocktailpølserne.
