I just received this little cutie yesterday. This crouching cat is one of only 37 total made. The unfinished cats were some of the last figurines made at the San Dimas Hagen Renaker location which closed in December 2021. The entire inventory was purchased by HR Tennessee and these kittens were painstakingly finished by Kristina, one of the new owners. Each is hand painted and signed, and came with a certificate of authenticity. These two are early pieces made in 1948-49 and 1950-54. • I’ve been looking for this black and white kitty for awhile and I almost gave up on the sale! Some people are the worst at selling. After a week of the tracking showing nothing, I messaged the seller. Figured out he was only a few minutes away from me so I should have received the package. He apologized for not shipping yet and offered to drop off the box. Then it took a week of me reminding and asking and having him flake. I just wanted my cats!
