The High court on 08 May ordered the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand Government to the best suitable land for establishment of High Court and residential accommodation of judges, Judicial Officers, staff and chambers for at least 7000 lawyers. The entire exercise had to be completed within a month and report to be submitted on 07 June. The HC had even created a portal to facilitate online public voting on the issue. But the high court Bar Association then moved to SC against this order, contending that it was only the parliament or Central govt. which could decide on establishment of principal branch and not the High Court. The Bar Association submitted that the High Court could not have directed voting on a presidential order which has directed the establishment of the High Court branch in Nainital. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appeared for the state and submitted "New Branches are in parliament's domain but the HC decision is like a referendum." Today the honourable Chief justice of Uttarakhand Ms. Ritu Bahri gave decision that the establishment of the new high court bench should take place at IDPL Rishikesh instead of the gaulapar area in Haldwani as it will result in a huge deforestation. CJ Ritu Bahri stated that land earmarked in Gaulapar in Haldwani is forest land and shifting court there would result in cutting of many trees. She sets an example for all the people specially of Uttarakhand that our nature and natural heritage must be conserved. Her decision has proved that if taken seriously both development and environmental conservation can go hand in hand. For those who are opposing this decision must understand that this does not contain any personal benefit of the CJ or the high court but it only gives justice to what is right and must be done. पहाड़ में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं हेतु धाकड़ - सरकार और कितनी मौतों के बाद जागेगी ?? 8 मई 2023 को अल्मोड़ा में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के आभाव में एक महिला की जान चली गई, सरकार के लिये यह सिर्फ एक खबर मात्र है किंतु पीड़ित परिवार के लिये ....??? पहाड़ में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के आभाव के दृष्टिगत, अतः प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को बढ़ाने हेतु मैंने जुलाई-2021 में माननीय हाईकोर्ट नैनीताल में जनहित याचिका लगाई, जिसमें पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में लिये नियमों में विशेष शिथिलीकरण की मांग की गई है जिससे प्रदेश के दूरस्थ पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ सुविधाओं का अवसर बढ़ सके और पूरे प्रदेश को स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का लाभ मिल सके, जिसपर माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश युक्त पीठ ने इस याचिका के स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को बढ़ाने के विषय का संज्ञान लिया और राज्य सरकार को 4 सप्ताह में जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा। 04.01.2023 को भी सरकार को जवाब देने का अंतिम मौका दिया किन्तु आज लगभग 2 साल बीत चुके है, " धाकड़ सरकार " के जवाब का कोई अता-पता नहीं ! इस पोस्ट में माननीय हाईकोर्ट के आदेश भी लगाए है, ताकि सनद रहे ! पता नहीं ये सरकार पहाड़ो में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की कब तक अनदेखी करेगी , पर हमारा संघर्ष जारी रहेगा !! #हम_बदलाव_लाएंगे_नया_उत्तराखंड_बनाएँगे #पहाड़ #uttarakhandfirst #उत्तराखंड #abhinavthapar #dehradun #HighCourtUttarakhand #हम_बदलाव_लायेंगे_नया_उत्तराखंड_बनाएंगे @abhinavthaparuk
