Who likes….. Death Step? It’s been a while since I did a review on a phonk type trap metal track! This new single by: @_prxzvk titled NX TALK is a fast paced high energy mashup just how we like it. The vocals are next level. You can tell that Prxzvk is pushing himself to the limit. These are some of the most brutal and guttural vocals i’ve heard from him yet. And to be spitting these over such a fast paced and aggressive beat, it’s honestly kinda scary. But in the best way possible. The production is heavily underground and DIY but the volume levels are dialed in perfectly. The beat is themed well with depth and complicity. Classic styles but with a fresh twist, this single exceeded my expectations. And just when you think it can’t get any gnarlier it drops again transcending my imagination completely. Oh here we go. This single by @griefboysofficial titled KON コン comes in strong with a power driving guitar riff. Wasting no time they drop right into the thick of things. The vocals unfold violently and heavily over an industrial style progression that melts and morphs to the beat. The use of distortion and pauses in this composition are insane and impressive. Giving emphasis to the vocals which are so on point they lead the rhythm for the beat instead of just sitting on top of it. For me this is an instant classic, and I’ll be eagerly waiting their next release. This song is complex and finessed my attention from start to finish. Im quite impressed. Bad vibes by @jacksavagehtx starts out with a mesmerizing pulsating audio motif. A nostalgic middle eastern moldy permeates the beat setting a consistent tone for the track. I really enjoy the eerie glitches in this mix. This beat is definitely my cup of tea. The vocals are a little over produced however. The effects make the vocal performances sound compressed, but they make up for it with talent. Jack Savage never lets us down, fast aggressive bars with a passionate execution. The cover art for this track is also very bold and makes a strong statement on the behalf of the audio its for. I give this track a solid 8/10 docking a few points for the compressed mix. Nie znoszę zespołów w rodzaju Grety van Fleet, budujących swoją tożsamość w oparciu o przesadne podobieństwo do innych wykonawców. Wzdrygam się przed imitacjami i cover bandami, które deklarują, że tworzą autorską muzykę. A jednocześnie tupię nóżką do Kazika na Żywo budzącego automatyczne skojarzenia z Rage Against the Machine, jakby na chwilę zapominając o istnieniu pierwowzoru. "Inspiracja" grupą Toma Morello w przypadku KNŻ jest bezwstydna. Dlaczego więc nie kpię, nie wytykam palcami i łamię zasady, których przestrzegać zobowiązywałem się sam przed sobą? Bo Kazik na Żywo to jest takie "Rage Against the Machine po roku w Polsce". Ta kalka jest niedokładna, koślawa, odbita pijacką kreską. "Gen polskości", który przebija z numerów muzycznie ewidentnie robionych "na zajawce" RATM, powoduje, że mimo wszystko jest w tym coś więcej niż imitacja. A może próbuję w ten sposób przekonać siebie samego, bo nie chcę się przyznać do bycia hipokrytą? Jest możliwe! W każdym razie, nawet jeśli przyjmiemy, że Litza i Kazik to kopiści, to portretują oni "Damę z łasiczką" (albo z gronostajem, jak wolicie) bardziej jak Jaś Fasola niż Giampetrino. Ten set się buja, "gruwi", jednak nie ma szans by ktokolwiek pomyślał, że materiał powstał "na zachodzie". KNŻ jest polski tak jak skarpety do sandałów i reklamówka z Biedronki. Na "Porozumieniu... " są momenty, i to takie, że trzeba przytrzymać czapkę, żeby jej nam nie zwiało. Litza, co by nie mówić, nie tylko dla Arki Noego potrafił tworzyć bangery. Tam u niego pod palcami czasami iskrzy, a jak już iskrzy, to trzeba podskakiwać wysoko, żeby sobie stóp nie poparzyć. O, na przykład w linkowanym "Co się z tobą stanie...". Zresztą włącz i sam się przekonaj. Tylko potem nie narzekaj na zakwasy, bo wyraźnie ostrzegałem.

Every song features a collaboration between a rap artist and a hard rock/metal artist. Cypress Hill/Sonic Youth, Living Colour/Run DMC, Teenage Fanclub/De La Soul, you get it. The soundtrack is probably more fondly remembered than the movie. Red Hot Chili Peppers まさかレッチリ人生で2回も見れると思って なかったからまた来日公演決まった時はまじ びっくりした。他のライブ行きすぎて金無くて SS席にしたから前回の最前ブロックより距離は 遠かったけど一列目だったから快適に見れた。 これ言うとファンに怒られるかもしれないけど俺は大人に なるまでレッチリの良さが正直分かんなかった。 ただの脳筋バンド、なのはまあ間違いではないんだけど 色んな音楽聴いてふと戻って来た時に衝撃受けたの 覚えてる。そしてやっぱりライブだよね。もう最初の ジャムから超絶かっこいい。ジャムを聴きたくてライブ 来てるまであるくらい。レッチリ好きになって楽器が 少しまた好きになったと思う。 あと彼らは音楽性だけじゃなくて生き様が面白いよね。 相変わらずみんな化け物みたいに動き回るしパワフルな プレイで前回から衰えなんも感じなかった。 末長く生きてほしいね。 また帰って来てくれてありがとう！！
