Sometimes I just want to use red..... They had arrived - I have been waiting impatiently - in full black tie, their golden cummerbunds glowing in the sun. Merrily, clumsily they dance from partner to partner, greeting them like the long lost friends they are. Full skirted, sultry scarlet, they are welcomed and the dance begins. The excited hum reaches a crescendo and the tempo changes. They move from partner to partner.
