If you're seeing these signs, follow @TheTwinFlame Coach for more Twin Flame support! There will always be an exception to every rule, so if you don't have ALL of these signs, you could still be Twin Flames. At the end of the day, you have to go within to find your truth, and the TF journey makes no exceptions on that. The most common signs I see are: 1. a love for each other that is indescribably deep and passionate. More love than has ever been given or received. 2. an uncanny amount of similarities with some stark polarities. For example, both TFs may have the same childhood wound but one developed coping strategies around extreme optimism while the other developed coping strategies around extreme pessimism. 3. dreams, visions, psychic connection, telepathy, shared emotions, and a strong intuition for each other 4. parallels in dates, events, locations, names, numerology, birthdays, etc. 5. sister signs in their birth chart, or planets in reciprocal or polar signs or houses (ex: Moon in Libra & Venus in Cancer, Moon in Libra & Moon in First house, Moon in Libra & Moon in Seventh House) 6. When they try to get go of the relationship, it is very difficult, if not impossible. They start seeing signs of the relationship everywhere. They have more dreams, hear their TF name everywhere, and they just can't stop the longing. 7. They intensely trigger each other, but also show so much love for each other. A little pro-tip: Spiritual Union is not JUST the union of your souls as Twin Flames... It's also the Union between you and your Soul. You and Spirit. If you don't already - this is your permission and invitation to take your spiritual self more seriously. To learn how to meditate, not just with a guided video, not because you have to or are supposed to... but because that's one of the best ways to get to connect to your soul. And I'm not just talking about sitting still and just clearing your mind. Sometimes it's like that. But I mean truly learn how to connect to your soul, and learn how your soul likes to show up. Does it prefer stillness or movement? Does it help to give yourself an activity to do? Or an image or word to focus on? Is there are a time of day you feel most juicy? Union comes from commitment, but also adaptability. You want your Twin Flame to love you for your unique self, so find what's unique to love about your soul self too. And lastly, prioritize alone time. Not all the time. And not as a superiority complex to social time. But to say, alone time is the best space to let your soul out completely - no influence of other people. As far as healing, tapping in, or receiving guidance, that kind of sacred space can't be replicated. So definitely come down from the mountain and connect to others, but also... set your status to hermiting from time to time. It'll be good for you. I know how frustrating it can be to feel like while things are working in the right direction, it's not 'enough' because it's still so far from where you want to be. But being in the right direction, no matter how fast you are going, is actually really really important. You could have things moving lightening fast but in the wrong direction, which just gets you further and further from where you go. I find it more helpful to first focus on direction, make sure the train is going the way you need it to. Then, once you get there, you can worry about picking up speed. So be exciting things are moving the way they need to, then crank up the energy and momentum so it can do more of that, quicker. Let's talk about the runner in you, yeah? "But I thought I was the chaser?" Well, try this out as an experiment. If our Twin Flame is our mirror, and we feel like they are running, then perhaps there is a part of us that is running too. And perhaps, looking into that so we can *stop* running, maybe we can get our Twin Flame to stop their running too? Based on my own personal experiences and working with Twin Flames in person, one on one, in group settings, and here on IG, despite how much one part of you may really want Union, the 'runner' inside of you finds reasons to keep it away. And ultimately, this is because that part of you is scared of the vulnerability and intimacy that comes from being seen in love. What if you're rejected? Abandoned? Get hurt? And so, if Union isn't possible, or you could actually move on with your Twin Flame, or it's not your job to reach out to your Twin Flame, then you don't actually have to find out if you'll ever be physically loved the way you want to by your Twin Flame, nor will you ever have to find out if you'll lose that too. But at the same time, you'll also never allow yourself to have the physical love in the first place. Your Twin Flame can't receive your love when they're running, and you can't receive theirs when you run. So, if there are parts of you that are scared of not being enough or of getting hurt, sit with them. See how they make influence you to push this journey away, then try and breathe through that. Repeat after me: there’s no separation in the spiritual. Seriously, read that again. If the 3D separation you’re going through with your Twin Flame is hitting you really hard today, then this is your sign to lean into the Spiritual Union that already exists instead. Believe it or not, the separation you are going through is orchestrated by you and your Twin Flame’s soul for the sake of your highest good. This means on a soul level, you’re already in Union because what you are doing is coming from a united front. Spiritually, you’re not separated, you’re a team. Knowing this may help with the pressure you feel around the physical circumstances, and it may also help you manifest physical union easier. It’s so much easier to manifest something when you can feel like it’s already true. And when it comes to manifestation, the spiritual is the preview to the physical. So, the more you can walk around knowing you are a team and you are coming together, the sooner you will be that team on the physical. How do we create inner union that leads to outer union? 1. Explore what balance looks like for you, then cultivate that balance. Union involves the coming together of two polarities to work as one team. There are LOTS of areas of our life that are polarities: self/relationship, career/home, self/collective, reality/spirituality, etc. Within each polarity, do you honor both sides while also having them work together? Or does one interfere with the other, ex: bad boundaries mean you keep getting hurt in love, or too stressed with work to enjoy your home? 2. Reference 'better' times for momentum inspiration. Use this sparingly, and don't shame yourself for things being different. You're not repeating. You're considering what worked for you before, then adapting it to fit your life now. 3. Take minimum viable action steps on your goals and desires. You don't have to stop at minimum, but if you're in a rut and are wondering how to build that inner union, pick one goal or desire you have (outside of Union) and then think about the SMALLEST thing you could do to get closer to the goal, then do that thing. Rinse and repeat. 4. When you notice you don't feel enough, explore where that's coming from. The energy behind this feeling will clue you in on a limiting belief or an aspect of self that may be struggling to have self-love. Spending time processing can help you heal. Being healed isn't the Union part though, it's being willing to process things that is. While I totally understand needing to hold your Twin Flame accountable, and I do think we should hold each other to higher standards, the worst that your Twin Flame is giving you know isn't the peak of their potential, it's the floor. When it comes to maintaining a long term, permanent Union with your Twin Flame, getting comfortable with this idea is going to be important. Because who your Twin Flame is at the beginning of separation isn't who they are at the end, and who they are at the beginning of union isn't who they are at the end. Yet, sometimes they slip up, sometimes, they're not showing up in the ways they should. How do you get your Twin Flame to show up more as their ceiling and less as their floor? 💓 Start with the mirror, and continue to work towards growth yourself 💓Be mindful of limiting beliefs, if you have stories that this is all they'll ever be, start working on them 💓Talk to their better self, when you talk to them. Something I don't like hearing about Twin Flames is when someone says that sending your Twin Flame healing energy is blocking your reunion. It comes from this idea that we have to do it all on our own. But the Twin Flame journey is a relationship journey! When you picture yourself in a relationship with your Twin Flame, do you see yourself being able to help them through tough moments? Do you see yourself contributing to their healing? Do you think you’ll do things that benefit them? If the answer is yeah, then why would this type of behavior be bad for reunion? Here’s the thing. Chasing is bad for reunion. Relationship behaviors aren’t. If you are doing a relationship behavior because you are chasing, then it’s going to get in the way, but it’s not the behavior itself that’s causing the problem. Sending your Twin Flame love, healing energy, or helping them through their chakra system is an essential step to getting to reunion. If you know they have blocks, you can contribute to their healing. This doesn’t mean you’re doing it all for them, you’re just making it easier. They’ll mirror you so when you help them, they’ll help themselves too. This also doesn’t mean you do this instead of your own healing work, or if you don't have the energy to give. If you are chasing, you also still need to work on that! This comes after, as an extension, or even better- it's a vehicle for your healing too, when you can or when it feels good. 5 things I'd NEVER do as a Twin Flame.... Well, never say never. I learned all these first hand, and if I notice myself in these spaces I do my best to work towards something better. 1. I'd never expect union to be perfect, or us to be perfect in it. There is SO much focus on awakening, healing, growing, etc. when on the journey, which does all matter, but union is also meant to be human and attainable. Realistically, we're going to grow on both sides of being in a relationship together, so I'm not shutting things down just because there are some occasional challenges. 2. I'd never put my journey over my own needs. Chances are, the journey's needs are also your own, but if there ever comes a time where I have to chose between my wellbeing or being loyal to the twin flame journey, it's about taking care of ME first and foremost. And whenever I chose me, the journey rose up to meet me there too. 3. I'd never wait on union for my happiness. Not only does it sabotage the manifestation of union, I also just want to be happy. Simple enough! 4. I'd never skip out on the breaks needed to process all the shifts. This journey is tough, a lot is going down. I'd never think of telling myself its wrong to take a break, whether to process or to heal, or whatever! 5. I'd never assume that they are the only ones who need to grow. If you're Twin Flames, you're mirrors, if you're mirrors, then what they need you need. If they need growth, so do you. Which one of these are you never going to do again? Controlling your thoughts isn't the way to Union, so stop worrying about those negative thoughts and if they are manifesting something negative! Instead, get to know where they're coming from. Are they just passing thoughts, or are they a sign of a deeper, unhealed wound? If you can focus on the root of the energy, chances are a natural shift into a more positive way of thinking comes your way, but not out of control or a separation of you from those negative thoughts. It's about integration, healing, and understanding yourself. If your'e Twin Flame is communicating with you and saying negative things, while ignoring them might be a good temporary approach, eventually you're going to need to address the core of those statements with them in order to get to the bottom of what they need to express, what they're feeling with, what they're dealing with, and where they're ready to heal. Same goes for yourself. It's not about shutting down, it's about getting curious. And while we can use our thinking to influence our reality, not every thought is written in stone. It's a delicate balance between looking for room to grow and not feeling enough. I've seen countless Twin Flames wonder what's wrong with them because of what's in their mirror. But it's truly a trap to take mirror work and use it as evidence of your not-enoughness. Because no amount of mirror work can cancel out how worthy you are love. What can you do instead? 1. Don't substitute accountability for mirror work. They should compliment each other. Still hold your TF accountable if they're not showing up the way you deserve, but also don't let their accountability stop you from taking the chance to reflect and grow too. 2. Shift your idea of mirror work from 'what my TF does, I do, and what I do my TF does' and instead look at it as any personal growth work that's inspired by your TF or reflection around them. Sometimes it follows the above formula, but sometimes it doesn't. Mirrors are about seeing yourself from a different angle. 3. If the specific formula from step 2 isn't working, maybe it's the themes that count. Maybe you're not doing what they're doing, but maybe you're both acting from a place of influence around the same thing (ex: gender, trust, forgiveness, security, etc.) 4. Remember you're their mirror too. If you can't figure out what they're reflecting or why they're reflecting something, maybe it's for their learning journey and not yours. 5. Don't give up! Some insight is a lot more stubborn than others. But that doesn't mean the growth isn't there. Stay patient, keep loving yourself, and it'll come up. As much as you may want to rush this part of the journey, it's here for a reason. I LOVE when Twin Flames go ALL IN in claiming their desire for Union. I was absolutely committed to making separation as short as humanly possible. Wanna lighten up your Twin Flame connection? Try cutting cords! I've included a list of different sources of cords you may have collected in your lifetime. Essentially, with each interaction that leaves an impact on you a cord may formed that attaches you to that moment and that person. For example, I had a teacher in Pre-K get really annoyed with me for doing her job and she said really loud in front of the whole class "you're not the teacher, I am". And now, 24 years later, I'm running a Mystery School and still don't fully know if I can embrace the title 'Teacher". Which, getting to that point of self acceptance is a form of inner union, and even though it doesn't directly relate to my relationship to my TF this shift impacts us too. How will I go about cutting that cord? I like to close my eyes and relax. Then focus on that person, and imagine where the cord is attached. For me, this is on my throat and the solar plexus. Then, I'll go to that source of cord and make a decision on how to remove it based on what I'm feeling. Sometimes it's a sword or a flame. Today I just pulled the cords out with a 'Pop'. I'm one to make sure to clear things up fully, so I'll also watch as the cord pops from my pre-k teacher, and dissolves into glittering gold, raining on both of us for going through this experience together, empowering both of us to step into something better. I might not have been the teacher then, but it's clear that I naturally stepped into that role. Time to accept and integrate this part of me too in honor that light work and inner union (👀 The new bio) I can't wait to see how this shifts things for my Twin Flame too.
