That moment you look in the mirror and are both shocked and excited with what you see! The first pic is from January when I made a commitment to myself to get healthy. Though I couldn’t see it, I felt better, stronger, and had more energy. When I took this pic in the same outfit in May, it brought tears to my eyes! What I was feeling was beginning to show! 17 lbs down and inches beginning to melt away. I have a ways to go, but I am showing up here to be accountable to myself and you. Would always love more partners on this journey!!
