Recently, Governor Kathy Hochul of New York highlighted a stark reality about a marginalized community in New York City, albeit in a manner many found questionable. She suggested that Black children in the Bronx did not know what a computer was. Is that what she meant, however? In my perspective, Gov. Hochul’s words were unfortunate, and not just New Yorkers but the entire country came for her.
