比赛的胜利决定于人的精神和毅力。 感谢我的队友们到最后一刻都不放弃。如果当时有一个人放弃罢了，就等于这个比赛提前结束了啊，因为当时大家的体力被消耗得有点惨啊🥺 这个比赛，最后的final，是我今年以来最刺激的比赛了，身体与心理的搏斗。与MSSM对决有两次，一次是grouping的时候，另一次就是决赛的时候。说实话，能赢下来，真的是心态和经验。Final时候的对决，可以说是印象深刻，让人难以忘记的时刻。我们是4-1，赢下比赛的。最后一set的分数还是咬得很紧的，拿下的。👊🏻 这场比赛最紧张的时刻，应该就是我是最后一个开球的吧。在分数很靠近，咬得很紧，还是要结束的时候，就是看谁开始做mistake了。而且我们的比赛关乎着这个比赛的总冠军会花落谁家，所以有一大班的人围拥着，就差要进场打我了的感觉（当时候是不懂为什么那么多人的，以为单纯support而已） 最后一个开球，有一个队友开球下网，分数在拉扯着，被time up打断开球节奏，四周起哄，身体疲劳，喘个不停的情况下，当时真的压力蛮大的，深呼吸都不知道做了多少次了，又怕开太easy ball 给对方的，也怕开下网或者outball的。那时候的心里建设真的到现在都不敢想象自己怎么做到的。或许是因为相信自己的队友，也相信自己只要做好自己的分内事情。当时的我，应该就是开过就是拿分了，不敢说是可以直接拿分的开球，but打乱一下对方的节奏好像还是可以的，毕竟大家都很紧张，而且就算easyball，我也相信我队友能反攻回去的。我也没想到我抱着这个心态，也开了4，5粒，完美收尾了。也很庆幸，也第一次觉得开球的8秒钟，是如此漫长，如此充实，有足够的时间让自己平静下来，把球开过去，然后开始这个比赛。每一次的8秒，真的是心惊胆跳的，是我身体与心理的搏斗啊😬 其实当时的我们，体力有点到极限了吧，真的没有力再去打第5set了的，而且我们的setter也受伤了，大家心想不管怎样要死就是得拿下这一set的，直接end game。最后，我们也扛下来了💪🏻，做到了。说真的，赢下的那一刻，大家真的很激动，终于结束了，赢下来了啊🏆 这个比赛是我打球那么就以来最多次碰到和block到球的一次了。曾经的我逃避blocking很久了，之前一直抓不到timing，core也不好导致很快就跌下来，所以一直都抓不到球。体力不是很好，抛弃blocking已久的我，没想到硬着头皮上，竟然有碰到球，而且不是一次两次罢了，有点惊讶到的。还记得我被一粒球打到我的手是，那个反弹力让我有点站不稳，把我搞懵了下。现在想起来也是很搞笑的，哈哈哈哈🤣 虽然我没封死人，但是把球变easy ball了，让我的队友反攻回去，还是有点满足的😌 封到球，也意味着我在一直跳，体力也就真的下降很快。心跳，喘息声😮💨超级明显的。到最后对方也知道我跳得低了，知道我blocking不是很好，就一直打我的手 touch out 有点气人。而且当时不能再换人了，只能一直坚持到转去后面。下去了。真的很开心，心想终于下来了，不用blocking，block不好坑了自己的队友。下一秒就压力来了，因为最后几分，要抢分了啊。真的是出了一个坑，又跳进去另一个坑啊。😅 Btw说实话啦，不知道为什么在这场比赛，我真的杀不到球，突然球感消失的感觉，but还好只是杀球的时候罢了，就一直抓不到，从练习的时候就这样开始，或许为了调整脚步之类的，就有点抓不到，具体也不知道为什么。在这点上，又让我有点点遗憾的。庆幸的是我队友们都超强的，杀球一个比一个厉害，我就真的回归我的老本行，好好专注我的防守就好了😂 后面是我，前面就是sinxi你了啦 哈哈哈 ！当然我与大家之间的差距其实也看得出来的，基本功什么的，所下的功夫确实是有确切的，所以做好自己擅长的事情就是我力所能及帮助到队伍啦。but没想到final的时候，一直等待换sinxi进来的时候，竟然不能再换人了，这可把singyee和jianing累死了，我们队的神人啊😎setter只能一直丢给她们了。哈哈哈😆谢谢各位大神们带飞了啊！ 是候补吗？不能这样说吧，毕竟只是不是以主力进场而已。但就是因为不是一开始就入场，就得一直做好随时进场的准备，让自己短时间内热起来，身体保持松弛，不紧绷的情况入场，并迅速进入状态，算是一个挑战吧。我应该也算是称职的好队友啦，算是很快进入状况下 哈哈哈！但只要足够专注，清晰知道自己要做什么，这就不算难了，因为当一个人快速进入状态了，在做那个角色了，就基本忘了紧张感，心里只想着下一步应该把什么做好，还需要调整什么东西而已啦。 这个比赛真的让我觉得我应该此生不会同队的队友同队一起打拼到最后。这个阵容应该过后都不会有了吧。非常感谢这个比赛让我们聚在一起打球，玩闹🤩也感恩这个比赛包括了排球在内，让我在大学生涯的最后一年里算是参加完大学里的比赛，无遗憾啊。此后，做工了，应该真的会比以前更少打了啊🥲而且也不能像以前那样继续任性了，是时候回归社会，开始面对现实了啦。加油啊！ #teamMASUM #SIPMA2023 #12092023-16092023 #upsitanjungmalim #volleyball #champion #最后一个开球真的很紧张啊 #此生难忘的比赛
Proud of being part of the MASUM volleyball team! 😎 It was my first time to join this SIPMA tournament and also my last time to join so. I am glad to have this opportunity to play in this game. [SIPMA 2023] What an honour that volleyball MASUM is the last game to determine who will be the overall champion🏆 in this tournament. I am proud of my team that played hard and played well in the final to get our own championship in our game and also get the overall champion in the 9th Kejohanan Sukan Institusi Pendidikan Malaysia (SIPMA) 2023. In SIPMA 2023, it was the first time volleyball was involved in the tournament. I am glad🤩 that we won the game and made history in this tournament. I hope that volleyball will continue to be included in the tournament in the future, either in SIPMA, MASUM, or SUKIPT. I really appreciate and grateful that MASUM has great management for this tournament and takes good care of the athletes. Super supportive!!! 👍👍I also really appreciate the coaches and manager of our volleyball team. Thanks to the coaches, Sir Franco and Sir Yean, for sharing the knowledge theoretically and practically, really learned something new during the training session. Quite surprised and happy that when we found out, there was jelly in the icebox. There is really no need to worry about anything during the tournament. Thanks for taking good care of us.
