In order to make a proper double flare, you need quality tools. Nowadays, there are other tools and devices to make a good flare, but this is the way that I've been doing it since day one. I was taught by very grumpy old guys how to work, and now I am way too old school to do it any other way. I've used this same Imperial flare tool and cutter for almost 25 years with tried and true results, along with a Ridgid tube bender. The brake system is the single most important part of any vehicle. I havnt seen it this close put together as a whole car in 8 years... Decided to spend some time on #pro55tt today and make a start putting the new LHS inner 2dr qtr on and it went in place just nicely, cant stress enough the time it takes setting up with new stuff coming on and off 100s of times and to write millions of measurements down, looks like nothings getting done but makes it so much easier for final fitment....
