Day 5 - 30 Day One Meal A Day Challenge. Today is a really busy busy day so my mea today is leftovers from making Tanny’s Mince Hotpot last night. . . Am I worried it’s meat based? No not really. I was more worried about making sure I was fed and had time to do the 300 things I have to do this morning. I am more worried of making sure I have good nutrition is seconds rather than spending half an hour preparing something. . . So there yah go … quick and simple and since today is an extremely busy one I better go… things to do … munchkins to prepare for. A kitchen to sort out, 2 videos to film, a zoom meeting and a workshop to write by 4pm ready for my live at 4.30pm today.
