; As an advocate for many things, I have stood in front of hundreds of people arguing and sharing in-depth information of things I believe the world needs to fix 💁♀️ Today, in front of a classroom of 30+ students, I find myself in tears as I told them what had happened during my journey at COP28 last year. While I paused to get myself back together, I saw 2 girls so teary, wiping their faces, at such a young age, I was so surprised to see that they understood my pain, they understood my journey, they understood this fight! I had to suck it up and remind myself that these kids do not need my tears, they need my courage 💪 So I reminded them that being a Climate Warrior is not for SHOW, it is for ACTION, it is for fighting for a cause, it is having the strength to fight even when the world turns a blind eye, it means having the courage to fight for your survival and always being the brave one in the room 😌 I came to this classroom to inspire the future leaders of my nation, instead I got 'schooled' by them, reminding me of why I wanted to go this road in the first place!
