The truth is, none of us truly understand what resilience is until we put our minds and bodies to the test. I challenged both key elements of myself last weekend as I tackled a hike up the largest mountain in the UK, Ben Nevis, with no-prior mountain climbing experience may I add. Some may call it bonkers, others may call it brave. But, above all, I completed it in eight hours. Yes, I may have bruised feet that still hurt to this day, but it was an experience and achievement I won’t forget anytime soon. 💪🏼🏔️🏴 #AftabTravels
