For today we have chosen the Kudoke 3 as a lovely piece of ´fine watchmaking with a twist` that represents their style and mindset very well. An unconventional hour indication – contemporary yet classic - the hours are indicated with the help of a hand that has three arms of different lengths running between the two dials. Judge by your own looking at our snapshots and take your time as there is a lot to detect, and we believe one gets way more for the money asked (below € 10k before tax). Money is not what we discuss often, but we have lots of respect for what they do and what they are able to offer for a very competitive price. A statement piece, without being a statement! One can spend way less money to please oneself or to impress others, but once you fall in love you can´t make compromises. A platinum watch (in general) is something special for connoisseurs addicted to details – including those like touch & feel, the heft and even the special lustre of white metal – getting even more interesting in the long run. If you get one, you get one for yourself which is essential for being eclectic, isn´t it. The Tonda PF Skeleton Platinum from Parmigiani Fleurier is no exception as it offers understatement in the world of high luxury. We have seen the watch in steel and rose gold, but that´s not the same and this one is a beauty (as well) with the skeletonized movement in satin-finished blue >> Milano blue << bridges. We can´t tell you the exact weight, but it feels solid without being too heavy. It´s well balanced on the wrist and one may even miss it when he leaves the house without.
