Hi friends! I wanted to clarify as to why we’re not out daily like we were. Several reasons, first being there is still a great demand for custom orders. I was having to turn down SO many, and that is still where my heart is. I’m not a food truck. Never wanted to be one per day. I never wanted to travel around and realized I can’t do both customs and fill up my shop. Burn out is real friends!!😅 The amount of time it takes to make the desserts I offer was just too much for me alone to keep up with. I had help here & there, but not consistent. Until I have a space, where I can have a small staff, then I can expand and offer both custom orders AND a full dessert menu. As busy as we were, we didn’t sell out daily. It just wasn’t enough to sustain a family. The preparation, and the fact that everything had to be prepackaged, was just an expense and a time sucker. I’m not about that🤣 So.. the mobile dessert shop IS available for events(with enough notice, or if we want to be apart of any) and holidays. One of my main goals for my dessert shop was to be able to attend these outside events without all of my products melting. The mobile dessert shop allows me to do that! I thank everyone for their continued support. I miss many of my little friends who came by often.❤️ I hope to see them when we’re out!
