In late September, I started to become more serious about social media. Within a few months, I've learned a lot. 1. Advertise the heck out of your business. As a person who stutters this is another level of confidence I haven't reached yet. It still is a struggle but I try to push myself out of my comfort zone every day. 2. Take a sabbath from social media. I started to get burned out quickly in not taking care of my mental headspace. Taking time away from social media will help you in the long run. 3. You don't need to respond asap. I have the bad habit that when someone texts me I will respond quickly. This too started to stretch me thin. Set a time frame for when you will respond.
