Same-day handling time is specific to Domestic Standard and Expedited delivery choices, requiring orders to be processed and confirmed on the same day they're received, subject to cut-off times. Conversely, Two-day shipping, a premium option, demands orders to be processed and shipped on the same day for sellers meeting stringent delivery criteria. #SameDayHandling #TwoDayShipping #EfficientDelivery #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

This feature is solely applicable to Domestic Standard and Expedited Delivery choices. To activate or deactivate Same-day handling time, follow these steps: Access Seller Central and follow these steps: Go to Settings, then select Shipping Settings from the drop-down menu. You can either create a new shipping template or modify an existing one. Navigate to the General Shipping Settings tab. Locate the Handling Time settings section within the shipping template (visible only to eligible sellers). By default, same-day handling time will be inactive. To activate Same-day handling time, tick the corresponding checkbox. Note: When modifying an existing shipping template, verify that all SKUs linked to the template are eligible for same-day shipment. If creating a new shipping template, allocate SKUs capable of same-day shipping to this template. For further details, refer to the section on Assigning SKUs to shipping templates. You can utilize the identical procedure to deactivate Same-day handling time for all assigned SKUs. After disabling this setting from the shipping template, the designated shipping time for the products will be computed according to the handling time value set for each SKU in the Manage All Inventory section. Even if Same-day handling time for Standard and Expedited Shipping is turned off, it remains obligatory to ship orders on the same day for Premium shipping alternatives (including Same-day, Next-day, and Two-day delivery). #ShippingSimplicity #EffortlessFulfillment #SellerCentralTips #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

For the tracking number, ensure: Accurate entry of the tracking number. No omission of tracking information. Absence of special characters (e.g., punctuation) which our system cannot recognize. For the carrier name and delivery service, ensure: Selection of a carrier and delivery service from the dropdown menu in the Manage Orders page. Use of correct carrier name without misspellings, alternative languages, or extra words. Alignment of the carrier name with the entered tracking number. Utilization of a carrier integrated with Amazon. Shipping confirmation and updates: Confirm or update tracking information prior to order delivery. Avoid confirming or updating tracking information after order delivery, as it renders tracking inaccessible to customers and does not contribute to your valid tracking rate metric. #TrackingAccuracy #CarrierSelection #ShippingConfirmation #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

Here are some guidelines for managing your orders effectively: Dispatch orders by or before the anticipated ship date. Promptly confirm orders once handed over to the carrier. Regularly monitor your late shipment score. It's crucial to confirm order shipments by the expected ship date to ensure customers can track their orders online. Delayed confirmation may result in a negative customer experience, potentially leading to higher rates of claims, negative feedback, or customer inquiries. Amazon's policy mandates that sellers uphold an LSR of under 4% to continue selling on the platform. An LSR exceeding 4% may lead to deactivation of seller-fulfilled offers. If your seller-fulfilled offers are deactivated due to failure to meet the LSR requirement, you'll receive a Performance notification in Seller Central. This notification will contain instructions on how to submit a plan of action (POA) for reinstatement. #AmazonLSR #SellerPerformance #POAReinstatement #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

The late shipment rate (LSR) indicates the percentage of orders confirmed for shipment after the expected ship date, calculated over either a 10-day or a 30-day period. LSR applies solely to orders fulfilled by the seller. If your seller-fulfilled offerings face potential deactivation, you might qualify to complete a quiz to prevent deactivation. Eligible sellers will find this option in the banner at the top of their Account Health page. Here, you'll have the chance to take a brief five-question quiz on the LSR policy. You'll have 72 hours to complete the quiz. Passing the quiz means no further action or listing deactivation will be necessary. We strongly advise you to take the quiz whenever it's available, as it's the optimal method to uphold your account health. Note: Even after successfully completing the quiz, it's imperative to consistently monitor your account health. This ensures that you continue to meet all relevant performance targets and comply with the policies necessary for selling on Amazon. #LSRQuiz #SellerHealth #AmazonPerformance #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

The figure in parentheses alongside your on-time delivery rate represents the total count of packages that buyers received punctually. A package is deemed punctual if it meets the following criteria: Tracking information is logged within 48 hours of shipment confirmation. The package is delivered by the carrier's estimated delivery date, as per tracking updates. To determine the percentage of packages delivered on time, we divide the number of tracked packages successfully delivered on time (as confirmed by the carrier) by the total number of packages with valid tracking information. Your on-time delivery rate typically reflects shipping performance data from approximately two weeks before the date you review the rate. This allows carriers sufficient time to update delivery confirmation data in their systems. If a package is confirmed as shipped after the estimated delivery date, it is not considered delivered on time. #OnTimeDelivery #ShippingPerformance #DeliveryTracking #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

This metric aims to provide insights into the reasons behind negative feedback and claims. Late deliveries or shipments lacking tracking information often lead to negative feedback or claims from buyers, directly affecting your performance metrics. Hence, it's crucial to routinely assess your on-time delivery and tracking usage rates. While falling short of Amazon's target for this metric typically doesn't lead to account suspension, it may result in negative feedback or claims, potentially affecting your account status. To aid in monitoring your on-time delivery metrics, we've included a performance indicator in the Account Health section. #AmazonDeliveryMetrics #OnTimeDelivery #AccountHealthMonitoring #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

The On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR) signifies the proportion of tracked shipments delivered by their estimated delivery date out of the total shipments. OTDR pertains exclusively to orders fulfilled by the seller. Amazon will factor in OTDR performance when determining the Transit Times you can establish, potentially allowing you to offer quicker delivery commitments and enhance your conversion rate. We advise sellers to uphold an OTDR of over 97% to ensure a positive customer experience. However, there are currently no penalties for failing to meet this performance benchmark. Note: Performance targets for Premium Shipping orders differ from the above. Please refer to "Premium Shipping and guaranteed delivery" for further details. #DeliveryExcellence #OnTimePerformance #CustomerSatisfaction #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

Establish same-day handling time as the default handling time for your account by adjusting the Default Handling Time in the General Shipping Settings page. This feature is accessible to all professional sellers. Note: When configuring your default handling time as same-day, you may also want to contemplate setting a longer handling duration for ASINs that require additional preparation. This can be achieved through Seller Central's Manage All Inventory tool (individually) or inventory file template uploads (for bulk adjustments). The handling time specified for each ASIN will take precedence over the account-level setting. Choose same-day handling time for particular shipping templates if you can demonstrate the ability to fulfill the following performance criteria over the past 30 days. Same-day handling time within your shipping templates is applicable solely to Standard and Expedited shipping choices. Utilizing same-day handling time enables you to offer customers an expedited delivery schedule that mirrors your capability to process, package, and dispatch a product on the day of order placement. Note: Same Day handling time should not be mistaken for Same-day delivery. With same-day handling time, all orders received before the designated cut-off time must be shipped and confirmed on the same day as the order to prevent late shipments. Orders received after the cut-off time should be shipped and confirmed the following day. For Premium Shipping options (including Same-day delivery, Next-day delivery, and Two-day delivery), the delivery date is automatically established, mandating shipment on the same day as long as the order is received before the cut-off time. #ExpeditedHandling #EfficientShipping #QuickOrderProcessing #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

Amazon generates handling time recommendations based on observed disparities between your configured handling time, your actual handling time for specific products, and the handling time of similar products on Amazon. If you've demonstrated the ability to handle products faster than your current handling time, we suggest shorter handling times. Conversely, for products where your handling time is slower, we recommend longer handling times. These recommendations are updated monthly, reflecting your recent capabilities. We advise you to regularly review and adjust your handling time to ensure accurate estimated delivery dates for customers. #HandlingTimeOptimization #CustomerSatisfaction #AdaptAndAdjust #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

The anticipated ship date for your seller-fulfilled orders is determined by adding the handling time to the order date. For instance, if your default handling time is one day, orders placed before midnight will ship the following business day. When opting for same-day handling time, orders received before the cut-off time must be shipped and confirmed on the same day to prevent late shipments. For orders arriving after the cut-off time, shipping and confirmation should occur the following business day. Ensuring the timely confirmation of orders by the expected ship date is crucial to meet the late shipment rate (LSR) requirements for your account. Failure to confirm shipment by the specified date, even if the product is shipped on time, will be deemed a late shipment. Delays in shipping may impact your late shipment rate. For guidance on safeguarding against late shipping, please consult the Manage order handling capacity section. Note: You can adjust the default cut-off time, initially set at 2 p.m. local time, within your Shipping settings. #TimelyShipments #HandlingEfficiency #LateShipmentPrevention #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

To implement same-day handling time, you have several choices: you can set it as your default handling time for your entire account, adjust SKU-level handling time either through the Manage all inventory page or via a Feed file in Seller Central, or enable same-day handling time for specific shipping templates, granting flexibility in applying same-day handling time to select or all products. Same-day handling time, when applied through shipping templates, is restricted to standard and expedited shipping options and is accessible only to sellers meeting high-delivery performance standards. Further details are available in the Same-day handling time FAQ. To prevent late shipments, all orders received prior to the order cut-off time must be shipped and confirmed on the same day. Orders received after the cut-off time must be shipped and confirmed the following business day. For instance, with a same-day handling time and a cut-off time of 12 p.m., an order received on Monday at 11 a.m. must be shipped that same day, while an order received on Monday at 4 p.m. must be shipped by Tuesday. #SameDayHandling #HighDeliveryPerformance #PreventLateShipments #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

Steps To Update Default Handling Time On Amazon: Navigate to Seller Central, access Settings, then proceed to Shipping settings, followed by General shipping settings. Locate Handling time and click on Edit. Choose between Same day (0 day) or 1-day handling time, then click Save. Optionally, input your order handling capacity and click Save. This feature helps you set a maximum limit on the number of orders you can fulfill within your default handling time, mitigating Late Shipment Rate (LSR) risks. If you exceed your capacity, an additional day of handling time will be automatically applied to incoming orders beyond your set limit. Note: You can modify your default handling time once within a 24-hour period, with changes taking up to 24 hours to reflect. Adjusting the capacity input may take up to one minute. Please refrain from attempting to save changes more frequently than once per minute. #AmazonHandlingTime #OptimizeOrderFulfillment #EfficientShippingOperations #AmazonSeller #AmazonSelling #AmazonFBA #Amazon #AmazonSuccess  #EcommerceTips #FBA #FBASeller #dropshipping #ecommerce   #OnlineRetail  #SellersGuide #repost #postoftheday #ig #workfromhome  #smallbusiness #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #boss #workhard #goals #money #business #DCGoods #DCGoods21 #DCG_Amz_FBA

To add SKUs to a pricing rule, follow these steps: Select the SKU that you want to add to a pricing rule. Automate Pricing shows active SKUs in your catalog. You can search for SKUs by product name, ASIN, or SKU, or by product identifier (UPC, EAN, or JAN). After you find the SKU that you want to reprice according to your rule, add Your minimum price and Your maximum price (optional). If you do not set a maximum price, Automate Pricing will protect customer trust on your behalf by ensuring that your offers are not priced significantly higher than recent prices so that your offers remain eligible to become the Featured Offer (Buy Box). Note: The minimum price and maximum price (optional) are the limits of automated pricing changes, so ensure that you set prices at which you are comfortable selling. Click the arrow next to the Take action button and select the rule to which you want to assign the SKU. Select Start repricing. When you click Start repricing for a SKU, the SKU will automatically reprice based on the rule you selected. The price follows the defined criteria, within the minimum and maximum prices that you set. Repeat with as many SKUs as you want to reprice in your catalog. Note: You can choose to continue repricing or pause repricing if you make manual price update in Seller Central using feeds, Manage Pricing, or Manage Inventory. To learn more, refer to Continue or pause repricing after a manual price update. Create an Amazon business price and quantity discount rule, do the following: Go to Pricing in Seller Central, navigate to Automate Pricing. Select Business Price and Quantity Discount from the drop-down menu. Enter a rule name. This name should be short but descriptive enough to remember later. For example, '5% off business price rule' or 'BISS quantity discount price rule.' Specify the % discount you want to provide for a single unit Note: You can set your business price equal to your standard price by entering 0%. To specify quantity tiers and discounts, click Add a quantity discount threshold. You can add up to 5 quantity tiers. Note: 1. The quantity and the % discount entered must be higher with each subsequent tier. Note: 2. The % discount you entered for each quantity tier will be used to determine the minimum price applicable for that specific quantity tier. For ex., if the minimum price for a SKU is $20, and you entered 10% as the discount on 5+ units, the minimum price applicable for quantity tier 5+ units would be $20 * (1-10%) = $18. To confirm your rule parameters, read the Rule Summary that appears below the filters. When you are finished, click Save and select SKUs to move to the next step in the Automate Pricing workflow. When you click Save and select SKUs, your rule will be saved, whether or not you add any SKUs to the rule.
