🔮Foreclosures Will Increase in 2022🔮 Foreclosures have been largely non-existent during the past 18 months with the pandemic and the nationwide foreclosure ban. This expired in July of 2021 and we are going to start seeing a significant number of properties foreclose in Georgia in the early months of 2022. As our Atlanta inventory remains historically low, this new product could be an important addition to the market. Georgia is a non-judicial state which means the banks do not have to sue in court in order to foreclose. Our properties in Georgia will go through the process faster and hit the market faster than other parts of the country, which could lead to an even higher investor demand in Atlanta.
