When someone is struggling with ongoing Chronic Pain, we can look to their history to find clues as to why this may be happening. They may have suffered a more serious injury to this area in the past that has now caused the Nervous System to consider this area unsafe. Or they may have suffered a more global injury or infection that is causing their Nervous System to ‘overreact’.
