Can you guess what colour the babs left the factory with!? π€. Stripped out interior and ready for some undercoat and Beige tomorrow. A PO had put some truck bed liner down previously which Iβve just sanded down the rough bits and shall just paint straight over π¬. Baby steps and doesnβt make you feel like youβre achieving much but all has to be done! Hopefully door cards and centre console shall be painted in the coming days too. #jurassicpark #jurassicparkjeep #jurassicparkjeepwrangler #jurassicparkjeep13 #jeep13 #jeep #jeepwrangler #jeepwrangleryj #yjjeep #jeepyj #yjjeepwrangler #jeeplife #jeepbuild #jeeprestoration #carrestoration #4x4life #classicjeep #vintagejeep #1992 #jpmp #jurassicparkmotorpool #classic4x4 #americanimport #tinkering #bodyworkrepair #paintjob #restoration #stripdown

JeepRecyclers.com #TeamFullSizeJeep : Honoring Military FSJβs Week πͺ Meet the iconic Military Jeep M715, affectionately known as the "Five Quarter" for its hefty 1.25-ton payload capacity π. Introduced in 1967 by Kaiser Jeep, this robust vehicle was engineered to replace the older M37 trucks and quickly became a staple in military operations. Its powerhouse? The Tornado 230 inline-six engine, which was a major upgrade in terms of power and efficiency π. What set the M715 apart were its unique military features: a fold-down windshield for easy navigation in tight spots, a removable canvas top for versatility in any weather, and large tires suited for rough terrains π². The truck's design emphasized functionality and simplicity, making it perfect for various roles from troop transport to emergency services. Production of the M715 was short but impactful, lasting only until 1969, with about 33,000 units produced. Interestingly, it was one of the first military vehicles to incorporate civilian vehicle comforts into its design, bridging a gap between military and civilian automotive technologies π οΈ.
