Thanks to @recordstopny I was able to check out one of my favorite bands Kamelot on Friday night. Tommy Karevik is one of my favorite singers and he didn't disappoint. I've always loved the way they incorporate symphonic elements and guest female vocalists into their sound and having the great Melissa Bonny as a featured vocalist on this tour is huge addition. Speaking of Bonny, her band Ad Infinitum opened the show with a short but powerful set. There are not enough adjectives to describe the talent of this woman. In between was a set by Seven Spires led by vocalist Adrienne Cowan who at one minute can sing like a Disney Princess and the next scream like a demon possessed to fit the song. Melissa Bonny joined them for a rousing version of their song Lightbringer. Boston you were a night to remember!!! Took a little trip up to Boston to see @kamelotofficial and the show was incredible. The VIP experience was fantastic. If you are a symphonic metal fan, this is absolutely the show for you!!! And yes…I wore a hot pink shirt to a metal show! Yes I am part girly girl, part goth girl, part Disney adult all rolled into one 😂😂 My only wish is that we’d planned this trip a little better because 24 hours in Boston was NOT nearly enough to experience all of the history, and all of the amazing shops and food! I love Boston!!! (Though NYC will always be my # 1 city), and I can’t wait to go back and explore again! And yes for everyone who suggested Mike’s Pastries….i got the dang cannoli! Brano che parla di varie cose unendole (il potere di sintesi del linguaggio #poetico e delle canzoni che possono racchiudere più significati e interpretazioni)tra cui la Teoria dell' #EternoRitorno di #fredriechnietzsche (se l'Universo è finito ogni cosa è destinata a tornare nell'esatto tempo, spazio e vita o non vita per le cose inanimate, quindi una pellicola che si riavvolge continuamente proiettando all'infinito lo stesso film sullo stesso schermo 🎞️🎥, ergo noi stessi non possiamo che rivivere la stessa identica vita e conta solo sapere cogliere l'attimo fuggente), l' #InconscioCollettivo di #CarlGustavJung che teorizza una sorgente unica per tutte le Menti e Spiriti del Cosmo alla quale potersi connettere attraverso le attività più creative e questa Sorgente altro non sarebbe che Dio o #GrandeSpirito universale o #Brahma etc e infine anche un lato più sentimentale e romantico con riferimenti personali per quanto mi riguarda ad alcuni momenti critici poi superati con #AnnaRitaLabattaglia (in passato e sono sicuro o almeno spero che si risolvano allo stesso modo conflitti più attuali). Tante chiavi di lettura per un brano di quasi 9 minuti dal taglio #Filosofico e #Romantico /Psicologico allo stesso tempo con un tocco #Epico e anche Fantascientifico visto che mette in evidenza come Scienza, Religione e Magia sono in realtà 3 rami di uno stesso ceppo che fa parte della complessa Mente Umana come Ragione, Immaginazione e #Spirito . Un brano scritto tra il 2003 e 2004 e poi arrangiato e riarrangiato molte volte con il contributo decisivo di un ex-tastierista (Antonio Annibali Corona).
