Cruising with my LYT Yoga mat on international waters ❤️ I mean, you can't beat this view! 🤩 Taking a break from yoga is not a vacation and here's why: I didn't do as much yoga as I usually do while I was on the cruise and let me just say, I felt a whole lot more tight and crampy by the end of the week. For me, it's so important to keep working on mobilizing the muscles and fascia (connective tissues) in the body, while incorporating strength and balance everyday because it helps to have less imbalances which can create pain.
